  • Please read the Terms and Conditions of Purchase to ensure awareness of your liability  as a customer and the liability of The Optical Superstore as an optical retailer.

     The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

    • All products displayed on the websites , are non-binding and subject to change.
    • No Replacement / Exchange will be entertained for Open Box Contact Lenses and damaged Frames.
    • Once you order for a product, you are bound to these terms and conditions.
    •  By chance you have received any damage product, intimate us within 48-hrs, or else exchange/replacement cannot be entertained.
    • Depending on the availability, all products are dispatched as soon as possible. Should the desired product is out of order, we shall inform you for the same.
    • If any changes in our privacy policy or terms & conditions, shall be updated accordingly.
    • The products as per Purchase Order will be dispatched at the address of the purchaser within 1 week of receipt and confirmation of order. However delivery time may vary, depending on serviceability factors.
    • All payments will be received by method of COD or Online.

    Thanks for purchasing on our website. We recommend you to read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use carefully. We always like to make sure that our customers feel confident with their purchase, be it the first one or a returning one. Our mission is to take care of your purchase before and after as well.

    Cancellation requests will only be accepted by mail. Customers are requested to send a mail to info@eyeconic.in with order number mentioned in the mail subject.

    If the product is shipped and customer wants to cancel the order then product should be returned without any damage and the courier charges will have to be paid by the customer for return of goods.
